This is the page where you will find any downloadable forms and schedules relating to the club. Just click on the link below to view the form, print it out and bring it training on a Tuesday night along with your dog's vaccination cards and you are ready to start!

Membership:              
Single Membership     $80.00
Family Membership    $105.00
Concession / Student  $45.00
Country Membership  $40.00 / $52.50
Joining Fee                 $5.00

Instruction fees: $5.00 per night (Puppy Class $2.50) x nights per term
These fees go directly to the instructor and are to be paid upon booking.
